London based Singer/Actor Bruce L. Johnson spent two decades in Paris, France  before relocating to England Bruce's musical structure was built on the Parisian Jazz scene during the 80s "I will never forget the transition from Marine to singer; I asked the "Cats" I was to play with if we could rehearse from time to time & they quickly replied, "Yeah if you pay us! You learn your s**t @ home and when it's timefor the gig you tell us the keys & we play" and that's how it went!

Bruce Johnson had the privileged to start out playing with some great musicians, to mention a few; Bassist Gus Nemeth (ex Keith Garret) Drummer Michael Silva (Sammy Davis Jr.) Drummer Al Levitt (Stan Getz) Saxophonist Jack Ferrier (Glen Miller). Bruce has performed on national television in France numerous times as a guest vocalist. His unmistakable voice has been heard on the radio & in movie theatres for years in France & more recently through out the world as the voice of a Veet advert. As an actor he has worked on numerous films in France including Roman Polanski's "Frantic".

"Up front with an intoxicating smile seducing you like the sirens once did Odysseus, is Johnson. There is something you can't quite place your finger on when it comes to this vocalist. He's like an exotic butterfly you've captured and don't know where it comes from or what it will become to tomorrow. Like a Gecko, he absorbs the different colors of the music and projects them before us but he won't accept any such compliments. He'll reply how "hard" things are and how much more there is to learn and do and you end up smiling and realising that here is a man baked in the warm and exciting possibility of potential".
